U.S. News & World Report has released its annual rankings of best colleges for 2012. Both Harvard University and Princeton University are tied for the No. 1 spot among the best national universities in the country. Williams College, in Massachusetts, is rated as the leading liberal arts college in the nation. Below are some of the ranking analysis and league tables:
